Today we continue with our series on employee profiles. Our last employee profile was long-time employee Randy. We got lots of great feedback from people that have been coming to Horsefeathers almost as long as he’s been working here.

This profile we’ll let you know about Desarae (Dez) who has been with us for just under two years. Dez is one of our servers and I love the answer she gave when asked what her responsibilities were – “make people happy”. What a great attitude!

Like Randy, one of the things she likes most about working at Horsefeathers are her fellow employees and the great customers. Her interests outside of work including painting, snowboarding and anything outside. You can see she fits right in. Her favorite item on the menu is the steak sirloin sandwich (one of my favorites as well).

So the next time you’re in Horsefeathers be sure to say hello to Dez.

One of the reasons Horsefeathers is successful is because of our valued employees. Many of our staff have been at Horsefeathers for years and take great pride in their work.

One of those long-time, valued employees is Randy. Randy has been serving up sustenance, merriment and cheer at Horsefeathers for 27 years. Randy is currently one of our bartenders and in-house office manager. We recently asked him what he likes most about working here and he said that some of his closest friends are here, both fellow employees and customers.

Outside of working here, Randy enjoys playing tennis, golf and of course skiing.

Having witnessed Randy at work I can tell you the customers come first with Randy. Thank you Randy for your work and dedication.
